UK Shipping

We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

FREE Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days

Standard delivery is completely free on your order.

Express Shipping — £3.99 — 5–8 business days

Choose Express Shipping at checkout for our faster delivery option.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Order Processing

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and, where available, tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we aim for all orders to arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to courier delays, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the damage.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery provider.

International Orders

International shipping availability, delivery estimates and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
